As I hinted in the last news post, I'm a bit snowed under with work, which is going okay, but kinda makes working on the comic a nice diversion.

There is actually a bit of a story behind this comic. A friend of mine has sunglasses and a long black coat which I hope he wouldn't mind me saying is rather similar to the one worn by that guy in the Matrix who can't act. One day he was walking along in his coat when an idiot chav decided to shout abuse at him. While this is by no means out of the ordinary, the term of abuse this particular idiot decided to use was "Nemo". Even more amusingly, when the retard realised his error he turned and shouted "I meant NEO!!"

In gaming news, lots of people seem to be excited about Doom 3. I'm not, because I've never been particularly inspired by any of Id's games, and Doom 3 looks particularly clichéd. The engine looks okay, but not espescially revolutionary really. I just look at screens - and I even downloaded the latest vid - and I go "meh". I feel a similar way about CounterStrike Source. I am interested in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. though. It looks to have the right amount of depth.. I hope it will.

So yeah, that's about all I have to say at the moment really. Not all that much happening recently in my personal life.. went round to see my girlfriend and had a wander around town yesterday, bought some jeans and stuff.. but nothing interesting really. Work is really draining and I'm finding it hard to focus, annoyingly. I'm going to have to get someone to send me some chocolate I think.
